Initial Ideas - New Logo

Brainstorm initial ideas for what the school might require for a new logo

 This is the current Brit School logo, after some discussion it was clear that the students and teachers of the school agreed that the logo looked very dated though it represented the twenty years of history, so the logo should not change entirely. However it was suggested that the logo could be updated, with possibly a different colour scheme, as the orange and blue is not the best choice. I would suggest a new colour scheme of black and yellow would be appropiate and would modernize the school logo. This would also look great as a colour scheme for the new building, due to the bright colour with would stand away from the black. Furthermore this is the colour that the architect has suggested for the new building, as he feels this new colour will show the progress within The Brit School over the last twenty years.
